Overall good. All SPA services are chargeable, Good location. I left my earbuds in the room which were found. The hotel will not send them to me by tracked post ( at my cost) as their policy is for me to arrange a courier pick up for delivery to the UK which is not cost effective- very disappointed that they cannot be more helpful.

Nice spa hotel.
Location is good near old town. Spa is really good to try. Parking was 15 euro per night near hotel. Soap at spa shower was empty. Maybe bit more attention to be paid to minor things.
