BEACH HOUSE in the heart of the old fishing district, a few steps from the sand. On 4 floors, 3 of which offer a plunging view of the sea.

We offer a warm and personalized welcome with a local person to answer all your questions about the area.

The area offers many shops with its typical ambiance and warm traders: bakeries, fishmongers, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, post office, pharmacy, fruit market (on Friday on the Church Square).
You will be charmed by the omnipresence of the sea and the traditional village spirit that reigns in the neighborhood. Ideal to recharge your batteries :)

* Description*

House in second line of beach.

- On the ground floor is the living space, consisting of open kitchen, a lounge/ dining area with TV. The kitchen offers a combi microwave, four ceramic hobs and a dishwasher. You will also find a very convenient shower room on the way back from the beach.

- The 1st floor consists of a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom, the room is equipped with games for children. Sea view.

- The 2nd floor offers 2 single beds forming a double bed with a small bathroom, allowing each a rest assured. Sea view.

- The 3rd floor, which gives access to the terrace with an extraordinary view, offers a mezzanine bed. We do not recommend this room in autumn/winter.

The house is nicely decorated with many paintings from the former owner, in a somewhat old style that give a lot of charm to the house. The walls are white and ceilings are high.

*Facilities and surroundings*
Carrefour market : 10 min. walk going along the beach.
Carrefour supermarket 5 min. by car.
Ideally located to discover Andalusia: Granada (1h15), Cordoba (1h45) and Seville (2 hours).

*There are 3 ways to reach the little house from Malaga airport*

1/ Train + bus M160 (cash payment) Train 13 minutes (4 stops) Then 10 minutes walk to the bus station (18 min. journey depending on traffic) This route is suitable with light suitcases. Total travel time: about 1h15 In my experience. We recommend this trip back in any case, because in this sense the bus station is close to the train station. Allow a very long time on the return, at least 3 hours before take-off.

2/ Bus + Bus (cash payment) The bus just outside the airport (departures every 30 min.) takes you to the central bus station. From there buy another ticket to Rincón de la Victoria. Take the opportunity to ask for bus times La Cala - Malaga; this will be useful during your stay and for the return. I recommend this option if you are charged. Total travel time: approximately 1h15

3/ Taxi Journey about 25 min. Cost about 50 Eur depending on the time.

We spent an unforgettable week in this beautiful house three steps from the beach, located in a small fishing village with authentic charm, away from mass tourism and yet close to so many wonderful sites (Málaga, Cordoba, Mijas...). We felt at home upon arrival with a bottle of Spanish wine waiting for us to allow us to discover the local products from the beginning. The house is perfectly adapted to children, our were delighted to find lots of toys (legos, board games...) and books as well as buckets and shovels for the beach. It is convenient to have three bathrooms to avoid traffic jams in the morning before going on an excursion. The house is very well equipped and decorated with love. We especially enjoyed the terrace with its wonderful sea view. No need to drive to restaurants or shopping. In short, everything you need for a great holiday!

Better than expected
Our family enjoyed our stay nearby Malaga during Easter time. Beach: The way to the beach could be done in 10 seconds. The beach was clean and the promenade very nice. Through an old tunnel system, we could walk with a nice view to the next beach in Rincon. And the restaurants close to the beach and the city have been very good House: Even though we arrived very late in the night, we have been welcomed and informed about the house perfectly. The house has everything for a family-stay. Including toys for beach and within the house. The three toilets and showers are very handy after a day at the beach. With the stairs we managed to do well and had a lot of fitness-training. And the view from the terrasse at the top is incredible We liked the stay very much and we are considering to come back.

sehr schöner Familienurlaub
Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 9 und 13 J.) haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus verbracht! Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles funktionsfähig und es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Familienurlaub braucht ( z.B. Sonnenschirme, Klappstühle, Bodyboards, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett und-eisen, genug Stauraum für Kleidung etc ). Die Bilder der Annonce sind sehr aussagefähig. Die Lage ist top! (Fast) unmittelbare Strandnähe, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sehr viele gute Restaurants fußläufig, nette Promenade vor der Tür. Das Örtchen an sich ist schön, wenige (und fast ausschließlich spanische) Touristen (im August). Man ist mit dem Bus (Haltetstelle 3min zu Fuß entfernt) in ca. 15-20 min in Malaga/Stadt. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter, die schnell auf Anfragen reagieren. Check-in mit spanischsprachiger Dame, die ebenfalls sehr hilfsbereit ist. Für Familien mit kleinen Kinder evtl nicht so geeignet, da es viele Treppen gibt. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis gut bis sehr gut! Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

des notre arrivée ca commence mal la maison est dans un etat de saleté incroyable les meubles vieillots et déglinguées du bric a brac partout linges de maison tres abimes et sale j'ai laver les oreillers Avant de m'en servir j'y suis reste un mois et tout les jours c'est une succession de problème je ne demande pas un 5 etoiles juste propre avec des meubles basiques style ikea pas cher mais pratique soit disant qu'on peut se garer facilement c'est faux la galere je trouve inadmissible que cette location soit propose sur plusieurs sites a la location alors que l'état général est insalubre le but de mon annonce c'est d'éviter que d'autres personnes puissent se faire avoir car en plus tres cher je peux prouver ce que je dis car j'ai photo a l'appui pour prouver ma bonne foi vous pouvez même me contacter pour que je puisse vous joindre les photos vacances gâchées retour apres un mois traumatisée jamais plus ce genre d'experience j'espere que mon annonce sera plubier pour aider les futurs vacanciers
