Room was nice. View was GREAT. Mini-fridge was convenient. Lack of coffee (self-serve outside downstairs did finally appear AFTER 8:30 third/final morning) and no microwave (can store but not warm up leftovers) On-site restaurant CLOSED. Affiliated restaurant in town closed both times we attempted to dine there. Up the hill is nice place (The Beach house) or town down hill (further away) FINAL STRAW WAS power outage - the problem was when I contacted manager was told it was NOT, “we never lose lower”. Sent video proof. OOPSIES. Asked for partial refund, DENIED

This was our last spot during our tour of Puerto Rico. Contactless check-in/out, accessible parking, beautiful and CLEAN room! Very comfortable, walkable to steps or domes beaches. 5 minute drive to the downtown area! Would absolutely stay here again.

They never advised us prior to our arrival that the restaurant had closed … coffee in the morning was a joke and not made til after 9am by two teenage girls The shower had no lip with half shower door so the entire bathroom floor was a wet mess! The sink had no space for your items. The bathroom light was a strobe light after 30 seconds of no movement. Very disappointing.

No peace in paradise
This hotel location and aesthetics is beautiful and quaint. This issue I had is they are doing some kind of work/construction outside and each morning beginning very early a man would cough and hack and the crew would yell and speak very loudly right outside our door. We had no rest and no peace whatsoever, which was disappointing, we both work in health care and came to rest. The lack of consideration for the guest was unacceptable.
