Nice place. Very relaxing. The only issues I have are the following: 1- Hot tub has a lot of black mold. Hot tubs are already very unsanitary with many microorganisms living in the water due to the heat of the water, but to also add the black mold around the deck and also around the edge of the tub is very disgusting. 2-The floors in the room were not very clean. Don’t think they were swept nor mopped. 3- Also, wish the curtains were blackout. Is nice to sleep in when you’re on vacation. Is not possible when the sun is coming in through the windows. 4- Also my husband felt that the bed was very uncomfortable. Not sure if there were bed bugs, but I was very itchy. Which it made it very difficult for me to have a good night of rest. 5-noticed a lot of mold around the windows and other places. 6- The water heater is a liability. Did not take a hot shower due to the cheap water heater. Which is leaking. Felt very unsafe. An electrical wire connected to a pipe that’s leaking water. 7- lots of rust everywhere Overall, is in a nice location. The staff is very attentive. However, it needs some work.

They need to give you more towels just because they don’t have room service before you need them and can’t don’t help. And I think that they can make a better parking lot because it’s a dirt parking lot. Apart from that I loved it.

Very nice!
It’s a small out of the way place but really nice and in a small town like Rincon, everything is at most 15 minutes away so it’s no problem at all. Beautiful little place and very nice staff. Everything is really clean and working in good order. Just one thing, me and my wife are not exactly cold weather fans and in the room the temp must be kept at 70 F or below and for us that was really pretty cold in a room. If you’re a little more of a cooler wearher fan you’ll be fine!

The location was a little tricky to find. The room was a great size. The room were humid so there was a dehumidifier in the room that you have to empty twice a day to avoid a smell. The pictures on the site are nice but once we arrived the jacuzzi and pool water were cloudy. Overall very spacious and comfortable just need a little tlc or staff available after 5pm.

Serenity House not Serene
I stayed 4 days. On one day there was a bark and howling dog in a room on my floor. I mentioned this to a house staff member around 10 a, as I departed for the day. When I returned that evening after 9p, the dog was still howling. I turned up the white noise and fell asleep after 10p to the howling. I think the owners were with a large group in the pool, and the noise ceased when they came up. Otherwise it was a nice place with a view. Definitely stay here if you like zoos.

The property was overall good. Pretty with plenty of seating around the proprty. There are details that need attention. Outside windows were dirty which obstract the view. There was a female hair in the shower that wasn't mine. Only 1 coffee cup per room. I had to go 3 flights of stairs to get extra mug, use the microwave, get the only blower and iron available for all guests.They should have these items available on the 3rd floor as well.This will not break the bank.
