This house and host were perfect for what we needed while in the area for work. The weather was cold and wet but the house was warm and inviting. Clean and exactly as it was described. We appreciated having a clean warm place to go after a hard day's work in the snowy cold.Thank you so much. We will be back.

Christmas In Chattanooga
We have stayed here before and prefer this location when coming to visit family in Ringgold Georgia. The house is very well laid out with 2 full rooms to hang out and watch TV or play games. Plenty of comfortable sleeping space and there are 2 different Heating/AC units so people in different parts of the house can be comfortable. Location is amazing- easy to get to Rock City/Chattanooga, Battlefields and Ringgold (where we visit family). The house is also located by a great grocery store and plenty of other great restaurants. Manager is prompt and responsive to questions.

Great Experience!
Jennifer was great and super easy to work with. If we had any needs she could be there in a few minutes to help us out. She was super friendly. The house itself was beautiful and well equipped for a VRBO. Location was great for our needs, especially with a grocery store just down the hill. Everything was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again If we need it.

Camp GiGi
It was a spectacular experience with our (6) grandchildren and our oldest son & wife who live nearby. Property is comfortable and spacious for a big group. Stairwell to 2nd floor is a little challenging for the little ones but conveniently closed off with a doorway. Kitchen was stocked admirably, and the open combined space made meal prep shared memories. Quick naps were taken and enjoyed with the convenience to local retail and downtown attractions. Enjoyed the pool area with the friendly residents for our afternoon cool off adventures. The Wi-Fi /available TV's made for early morning business deals and late evening entertainment. Large closets can be used for dressing rooms when the pool is calling for you. Laundry room is always a big plus when traveling with children. Enjoyed our time and would love to return soon!!!

2nd Stay
This was our 2nd stay at this property. Everything was extra clean and the area was really quiet and easily accessible. Location was great and the grocery store located next to us was a plus because being able to pick up what we needed for the ballfield.

This townhome was beautiful on a nice quiet street yet close to access to xways etc. It is just as described in the description. The place was cool and spotlessly clean when we arrived. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I give it a ten out of ten.

This was an exceptional choice for gathering family from the far corners for our son’s weekend graduation celebration. Perhaps the best non-beach rental we’ve enjoyed as a family. Everything we needed was present, and there was room for everyone to find a corner as necessary. Well appointed. Host was responsive. Close to everything, and just distant enough from the interstate to not know it’s there. I would stay six days a week, and twice on Sunday.

We had trouble with google maps getting us to the correct location. After finally finding the place the code would not work to let us into the townhome. After about 30 minutes talking to different people on VRBO the owner called and let us in and reset the code. We had no more problems and enjoyed the stay very much!!!

We were in town from Knoxville for a ball tournament and decided to make a weekend of it. Us and another family stayed and it was great. I am quite picky about where I stay and this place was amazing. Super clean and nice. We will be back.

Wonderful property
New, clean, modern, cozy property. Pleased with the layout and the way it is furnished, truly beautiful. The master suite was one that it was hard to leave. Overall, perfect choice for two families with up to two children each. Location wise, the house is conveniently located just a short drive to Chattanooga, but the neighborhood is new and still developing so getting to it it was a bit confusing. Also, on the second floor there was a strong smell of paint or something to that nature which, hopefully, will go away with time. I would suggest to think of adding some board games and similar forms of entertainment for visiting families as well as basic condiments such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. for when people want to prepare meals for themselves. Otherwise, all the cooking pans and dishes are new and in great condition. Maybe replace the plastic wine glasses with glass ones. Happy to return and will definitely recommend the property to friends and family.

Truly Amazing Stay!
This stay is tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood and is loaded with all the amenities one could want. My friends and family had a fabulous time here. We could not have asked for a better host or home. The pictures really do not do this home justice. We were blown away by the beauty and comfort that this place offered. We stayed here for my sister's wedding as it was close to the venue. There was plenty of room to have a cozy breakfast together and get ready before heading to the venue. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a perfect retreat with family and friends.

Lots of room! Awesome townhouse
I used to rent a townhome and this is nothing like my previous place. Very quiet, can’t hear the neighbors at all. Fully furnished, open concept, large bathrooms, with a large second floor. Plenty of room for 6-8 people. Large kitchen, washer and dryer, large garage. Plenty of light! Highly recommended for any events you’d have in the surrounding area. Easy to find

Great VRBO close to Chattanooga!!!!
Our family celebrated an early Thanksgiving and rivalry game day this AMAZING VRBO! The unit is CLEAN, well-equipped, and will accommodate large families! The location is perfect, close to the interstate, grocery, and local restaurants. The property manager was responsive and provided all the information needed for our stay. This was our second stay at this property and we are already planning our next visit!
