We booked 2 queen beds executive room with balcony and was told on arrive we dont have rooms with 2 queen beds. They gave us a sofa bed instead. Not excutive room, we were down graded. No.mini bar or bottled water available

We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed proximity to Eastland town square for dinner. Pillows a bit thick for our liking so thinner options would be of benefit.

It's very dated, designed like a maze and very dark. No view and poor facilities, eg no comfy chair to sit in, no soap holder in shower, no shower cap. I was also cold and couldn't get the a/c to go above 25 but am sure it was cooler than that. I had to wrap myself up and put an extra blanket on the bed. Wd never stay there again.

The hotel is a short walk to Eastland for shopping, restaurants and the Ringwood train station for easy public access to the city. Onsite parking as well. Very convenient.
