Atendimento 5 estrelas
Local muito aconchegante, com visual espetacular e um atendimento 5 estrelas, graças à administradora Mônica e sua equipe. Bom café da manhã. Pena não ter restaurante próprio, servem apenas lanches. Mas nos indicaram alguns restaurantes próximos que faziam entrega. Além disso há a possibilidade de sair para aproveitar alguns bons restaurantes da região.

Tem uma das vistas mais bonitas do Rio de Janeiro. Dá para ficar horas no deck ou na piscina só aproveitando o visual. Staff extremamente atencioso, e tem um bom café da manhã - acompanhado da visita de miquinhos!

Otimo hotel para descansar
A hospedagem foi maravilhosa. Fomos muito bem recebidas, chegamos antes do horario do chekin, e nos deixaram a vontade até liberar o quarto. O hotel é uma graça, é um casarão. Em destaque para a piscina, jacuzzi e o deck. Pontos fortes: atendimento, vista, conforto e café da manhã Pontos fracos: sinal wifii fraco nos quartos ( porém na sala comum é otimo), nao aceitar cartão e não ter serviço de restaurante. Uma dificuldade que eu tive que é que poucos taxistas do rio sabem andar em santa teresa. Então, recomendo que achem uma empresa de taxi da região ( utilizei a santaxi). Como o sinal é ruim, uber nem sempre é uma saida.

Fue una estadía linda. Con una vista increíble del Corcovado, pero después lejos de todo. Lugar para escapar de la ciudad y relajarse disfrutando de la vista.

une vue à couper le souffle !
L'hôtel est une vaste demeure avec une vue sur Rio à couper le souffle. Le personnel est très attentionné et serviable. Tout est parfait par rapport aux attentes de chacun en vacances. 2 petits problèmes qui ne gâchent pas le plaisir apporté par tous le reste : - l'établissement n'accepte pas de carte de crédit - la situation en haut de Santa Teresa, idéale pour sa vue oblige à de nombreux trajets en bus et taxis.

Hotel agradável santa teresa
Fiquei na suite topazio imperial,excelente,confortavel,limpissima,com varanda,e uma bela vista(que poderia ser melhor se podassem a arvore a frente).O hotel tem piscina e hidromassagem com uma vista muito bonita,o deck também é espaçoso,café da manhã de qualidade.Um problema é que não existe recepção nem telefone nos quartos,então se precisar de algo é necessario ir até o encontro de um dos funcionarios,que a partir das 11 da noite param de trabalhar.Recomendo.

We stayd here for two nights in January. Hotel is nice, quiet and the view is spectacular. Only thing is that booking via this site doesn't work correctly and after the reservation the hotel asks you to pay your deposit directly to them. In our case, because we are from europe, we had to do an international bank transfer which was expensive. Point of using this kind of sites is to avoid troubles like this, so it was disappointing. Service we got when e-mailing about the situation with the hotel was not very friendly and service at the hotel when we arrived was not very informing either... Nobody spoke english nor showed the places for us, but it was quite easy to forgive when bathing in the sun by the pool.

A mais linda vista do Rio de Janeiro...
Em uma palavra, "Fantastica". A vista do local é uma das mais lindas que já pude vivenciar. O hotel em si poderia receber alguns cuidados adicionais com limpeza geral, mas nada que comprometa. O serviço é bom, em especial o Marcus, atencioso e sempre disposto a ajudar. A localização pode ser questionável pra alguns porque esta no alto do morro Santa Teresa, ja bem na parte rodeada de favelas. Mas a vista compensa.
