The room had NO window at first, i have to pay extra for a room with a window in order to avoid sleeping in a cave, and AGAIN they try to give me another room in tha BASEMENT with no window.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Firstly, the staff wanted 10USD to store guests’ luggage prior to check in time. This is practically standard service at other hotels. They were money gouging their clients. The bed didn’t have fitted sheet and the doona/quilt didn’t have a cover. In spite of the check in being 30 minutes the bed was still only half made. The only reason I could sleep was because I had my own sleeping bag. The aircon didn’t work well either. Never again!

The room was dirty. I gave tip to the lady who cleaned to change towels and she didn’t. She was mean and rude. She did not clean well my room during the whole time that I was there.

I’ve stayed at this hotel various times over the past 8 years or so. It’s still a great value, but I feel as though the hotel has seen better days.

Rooms and facilities overall were dirty. Staff was rude and uninformed about breakfast options for celiacs even though when making the reservation they told us that they had many gluten-free options. We’ve stayed in many hotels in Copacabana and they are always friendly about gluten-free options so the fact that they were so ignorant was a surprise for us. There’s three elevators and none of them work properly. If you want to leave your luggage before or after your reservation they want to charge you 30BRL. Overall it gets the job done, just be aware of what you’re getting into. The only positive thing is the location.

Although our room was not ready when we checked in, they offered a decent late check out. The rooms were good for our family of 4. We only needed some fresh towels for our 5 day stay, we had to ask for them. Very walkable to the beach and restaurants. Breakfast we really perfect each morning.

Hotel sujo, quartos e roupa de cama sujas manchadas, barulhento, camareiras no corredor cedo fazendo muito barulho e conversando alto. Troquei 3 vezes de quarto (1 quarto com xixi no vaso sanitário e roupas de camas com mancha marrom), (2 quarto com o pé da cama quebrado e roupa de cama manchada) e (3 quarto com roupa de cama suja, cabelo no vaso sanitário). Imagina chegar em um hotel depois de 10horas de voo e não ter um ambiente limpo? Frustrado! Tenho fotos para comprovar todos os problemas encontrados. Não recomendo esse hotel para ninguém!

It was a good place to stay. There was although some construction on the floor we stayed in. Other than that it was pretty good.
