O quarto é pequeno, quanto a TV só apresenta filmes muito antigos. Sobre o café da manhã, não respeitam a individualidade dos clientes, pois tenho intolerância a lactose e só tinha ovos com leite (tipo sopa de ovos ao leite), ou para comer ovo sem leite seria cobrado R$ 9,00/un. Achei uma falta de respeito, pois um ovo custa em torno de R$ 0,60/un. Conclusão o Hotel me perdeu como cliente por causa de um ovo. Creio que deveriam rever os profissionais que cuidam disso.

O Hotel é bem localizado, limpo e agradável. O apartamento é bom, banheiro é novo porém pequeno. O café da manha é bem sortido, porém muito ruim a logística para conseguir ter acesso, área pequena e por 2 manhãs ficamos uma média de 15 minutos para conseguir uma mesa e assim fazer a refeição.

Os funcionários da recepção, são eficientes e educados, os quartos , apesar de serem peq. Atende a um casal tranquilamente. As toalhas de banho, apesar de serem bem limpinhas, estão bem surradas , a ponto de rasgar , a cama é boa , lençóis branquinhos , mas o banheiro esta precisando de uma manutenção, a porta descascando , o teto não tem respirador, por isso o teto esta com aparência de mofado por conta dos banhos quentes. O café é simples . A localização é boa e proximo a comercios !

Hôtel bien situé .Par contre problème d 'ascenseur au 13eme étage. Durant mon séjour d une semaine, ne fonctionnait pas pour descendre : descendre à pied au 12e ou ascenseur de service aléatoire. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux mais répétitif. Souvent mal regarni. Télévision: très mal réglée, la plupart des chaînes floues et peu de chaînes internationales .Consigne bagages payante au départ , mais bagagiste très serviable.
