Everything was pretty good. Not a big fan of the breakfast options but that might just be me. Didn’t get any WiFi service on the 18th floor but other than that I enjoyed my stay. It was walking distance from the Copacabana beach and it also had some nice restaurants nearby.

Péssimo.
Os colchões das camas são horríveis (velhos e ruins para dormir); virei os colchões na tentativa de encontrar uma parte boa, mas foi em vão. O café da manhã é categoria uma estrela, pois o suco de laranja é artificial e pouca variedade e filas. Na passagem de ano, dos dois elevadores, um estava fora de serviço. As toalhas são trocadas de 2 em 2 dias e são visivelmente velhas e desgastadas. Televisão não tem acesso a canais e iluminação do quarto, deficiente. Para mim, trata-se de um hotel de 1 ou, no máximo, 2 estrelas. A única coisa boa é a localização.

Infelizmente tivemos vazamento do banheiro pelo quarto todo e a recepção não atendeu o telefone, tivemos que descer à recepção pra informar o ocorrido e disseram que iriam ao quarto mas ninguém apareceu, o funcionário da recepção nos deu 6 toalhas para secarmos e limparmos nós mesmos o quarto. Gostaria de dizer também que o quarto e o ar condicionado tem mofo, a cortina estava suja, tinha cabelo no banheiro e o hotel precisa de manutenção em geral (o elevador por exemplo só um funcionava e tinham várias partes quebradas e poeira poderia ser vista muito acumulada lá dentro). Durante o café da manhã haviam várias moscas nos pães e vários hóspedes aproveitavam para encher suas garrafas térmicas com água quente sem respeitar as normas de vigilância sanitária.

The room was not super clean (they do not vacuum but just use the broom so the sand for example was impossible to remove totally). The sheets on the bed were too small, so as soon as you touched them they moved from under it and it was a bit uncomfortable and not so hygienic to touch the mattress below. The super positive thing is the location, you are really close to the beach and to the main areas of shopping. We walked that area also after dark and was full of police everywhere so we felt pretty safe. Ipanema is also a modest walk and is also pretty safe as well.

I got a nice view room on 17th floor. From the window of my room, I can see the statue od Christ. My room is clean. The hotel is near the copacabana beach, so I can walk there. There are mall, fruit markets, restaurants near the hotel. The area is safe. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is good.

Hotel nivel médio
O hotel na estrutura e no geral é bom, porém não me agradou em alguns aspectos. O elevador do andar que me colocaram nas estava funcionado e não fui informada disso no check in. O serviço de limpeza dos quartos é muito ruim, se limitavam a trocar as toalhas de banho apenas, dos 4 dias que permaneci no hotel não limparam o banheiro, não passaram pano no chão, e teve dias que nem a toalha de rosto trocaram. O café da manhã com poucos itens, principalmente itens mais saudáveis para quem não pode consumir açúcar ou está de dieta. Solicitei no cozinha uma colher de sobremesa emprestada para consumir uma sobremesa que trouxe da rua e se recusaram a emprestar. Senti falta de um sistema de exaustão no banheiro uma vez que não tem janelas. No geral a estrutura do hotel é boa, mas o serviço e o atendimento deixam a desejar.

O quarto é pequeno, quanto a TV só apresenta filmes muito antigos. Sobre o café da manhã, não respeitam a individualidade dos clientes, pois tenho intolerância a lactose e só tinha ovos com leite (tipo sopa de ovos ao leite), ou para comer ovo sem leite seria cobrado R$ 9,00/un. Achei uma falta de respeito, pois um ovo custa em torno de R$ 0,60/un. Conclusão o Hotel me perdeu como cliente por causa de um ovo. Creio que deveriam rever os profissionais que cuidam disso.

O Hotel é bem localizado, limpo e agradável. O apartamento é bom, banheiro é novo porém pequeno. O café da manha é bem sortido, porém muito ruim a logística para conseguir ter acesso, área pequena e por 2 manhãs ficamos uma média de 15 minutos para conseguir uma mesa e assim fazer a refeição.
