This is a great hotel. Everything is great including the room, the staff and the amenity. The only downside is that Uber drivers can not find this hotel easily as the Google map would direct them to a side door that is always closed, they have to take a big detour to find the way come into the hotel. It happens to all six of my Uber drivers.

Management has Priorities
Perhaps it's a designer's viewpoint of what luxurious is supposed to look and feel. Impractical features that look expensive but don't really improve your comfort or convenience in any way and force you to call staff to do stuff for you. Use the bathtub? Well, everything in that room will be wet even if you're careful, and everything drains very poorly and slowly, so someone needs to come wipe and mop it all up for you. Maybe they believe an upscale clientele enjoys having service people around doing stuff for them all the time? I'd rather have well-designed, functional stuff that just solve these problems for you on their own. At breakfast, the staff is more worried about re-setting cutlery on every table rather than resupplying basic stuff that has been depleted for 10-15 minutes, e.g. orange juice. No trashcans anywhere in the lobby or halls. Are trashcans ugly? I guess I'm not posh enough and don't have someone on retainer to hold a little bit of garbage for me as I wait to check in or do something outside the room. It's all about the looks, it seems.

Foi rápida mas de qualidade. Repetindo as últimas em que já estive na propriedade. Percebe-se que o hotel já começa a ter necessidade de manutenção, alguns pisos soltos no quarto outro rachados. Restaurante/Bar que havia no andar da piscina está fechado e sem funcionar.

Era uma vez um hotel 5 estrelas - the last dance
Me hospedava no antigo Grand Mercure da rede accor que na época era um 5 estrelas por conta da magnífica estrutura em conjunto com outros fatores (toalhas , shampoo, sabonetes e o atendimento em geral). Enfim vamos ao presente , eu acredito que o hotel já tenha uns 8 anos com isso necessita urgentemente de reformas pontuas (elevador deixou pessoas presas por três vezes entre outros pequenos fatores). Com toda certeza o pior foi o atendimento (exceção pessoal da limpeza) e o café da manhã (horrível - pouca variedade e staff perdido). Minha avaliação sobre o restaurante é nota 0 (café e almoço). Sendo sincero a estrutura é magnífica (mas necessita de manutenção/reforma) a localização é razoável mas o atendimento e o restaurante são pontos negativos. Só voltaria me hospedar se mudasse a REDE ( exemplo um hilton , accor , windsor e etc).

A chegada foi muito ruim! Estava chovendo e o porteiro falou que tinha guarda-chuva lá dentro mas que a gente que teria que pegar, saindo do carro na chuva. deixei minha esposa no carro e fui pela chuva pegar o guarda-chuva. Chegando na recepção me passaram que só poderia pegar guarda-chuva se eu tivesse quarto. Como eu estava lá pra fazer o check-in eu não tinha quarto então não me deram guarda-chuva. Minha esposa teve que sair na chuva pra fazer o check-in. Muita falta de noção e treinamento.
