They should change the towels in the room. The color is greyish. The WIFI speed is terribly slow. I am not downloading a movie. I am just doing the normal office work, checking email only.

A minha experiência com o Niterói Palace Hotel foi algo que salvou minha estadia no Rio. Ficamos brevemente para o show da Taylor e muitas coisas deram errado, mas o atendimento muito prestativo e simpático de todos os funcionários, o conforto dos quartos apesar da simplicidade e a proximidade com as barcas e o shopping tornaram nossa viagem mais proveitosa. Recomendo e voltaria :)

Hotel novo com boa estrutura ,porem vi que falta funcionarios para limpeza de area comum e no refeitório que quando cheguei para o cafe manha, estava totalmente baguncado e faltando a reposicao do buffet

Decepcionante, o que salva é o ótimo café da manhã
Razoável, o hotel é bem localizado mas parece antigo, o box do banheiro é minúsculo e a água tem que temperar para entrar é tão pequeno que o jato de água para ficar numa temperatura boa acaba saindo para fora do box, não tem tomada perto da cama, tipo na cabeceira isso é horrível pra quem precisa do celular, os interruptores também são longe, os controles da minha tv não funcionaram então nem solicitei a troca de pilha por opção, foi um pouco decepcionante

Infelizmente, o quarto em que ficamos hospedados a energia não estabilizava, e com isso que caia a todo momento a luz, ar condicionado. A Recepção foi muito atenciosa, porém não tinha segundo eles outro quarto de casal disponível e nos colocaram em um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro e a estrutura muito inferior, não tinha bancada na pia, ar condicionado demorava muito a esfriar. O hotel fica bem localizado e de fácil acesso. Não tivemos uma boa estadia pelo custo benefício.

Simplesmente sem internet. Vários pedidos para que fosse verificado, mas nada foi alterado. Se precisar trabalhar no hotel não indico. Colchão desconfortável, acomodações antigas. Café da manhã bom e localização ótima.
