Disliked: Staff & service
DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Made a reservation through Hotels.com which emailed me the "Confirmed Booking" notice. When we showed up at the hotel refused to honor the reservation and had booked the room to someone else. The manager was Rude and didn't care that we had a "Guaranteed Reservation". HOTELS.COM DID NOTHING TO CORRECT THE ISSUE!
