Dated and not what I'd call clean
We arrived at the property and were disappointed in the room in that it was very dated. It didn't appear to have gotten a good cleaning after the last stay of guests, or any stay for that matter. We checked the bedsheets and found hair strands, and stains on the sheets from previous guests. It was obvious to us that the cleaning people had not changed the bedsheets for us. We immediately called the host and she changed the sheets, but wasn't happy to do so. The door also had to slammed shut because it didn't close freely. I wouldn't stay here again.

Room on first floor with balcony facing parking lot and neighbors AC. Was filthy dirty. Toilet and sink had not been cleaned. I doubt linnens were clean and am sure NO COVID precautions taken. Its like a jail cell with a TV.

Very good condo-hotel at reasonable price
Very good condo-hotel with direct access to the beach and the largest pool in central america and the caribbean. Good free parking facilities. Cleanlines should improve. It does have a small kitchen. One of the two burner stove didnt work. Noisy, karaoke at the ground open terrace till 11:30

They need to have more cleaning in the room. To have greater comolity. improve air service, when the afternoon comes the room gets very hot. And the service of the mini bar is very bad, there is not much water and neither sugar nor coffee for the days I stayed.

Good place to stay at near the pool.
It was a good place to stay because of the price, small kitchen, nice bathroom, huge bed and closeness to the huge pool. The only thing is that the air conditioning could not be lowered under 25C.

Falta de Limpieza y Servicio
El Edificio se encuentra bastante deteriorado en sus instalaciones, La Sra Irina nos entrego el Apartamento a la hora indicada 3Pm, lo vimos muy superficial y ya por la hora salimos al area de las Pisconas con los niños, cuando regresamos a la ahitacion a las 7Pm para bañarnos y cambiarnos para ir a comer, el estado de los Baños con MOHO EN EL PISO, el vama manos con cabellos y sucio de lado cosa que ya se nos arruino el dia. Procedi a sacar las fotos para enviar a la encargada Sra Irina para informar sobre lo ocurrido y me respondieron que eso no le constaba ya que habian transcurrido 5 horas y por eso no se hicieron responsables. Y procedi a escribir por Hotels al propietario y me indicaron lo mismo, pero que yo me habia negado a que limpeza. Nunca me negue, lo que les dije es que eran ya las 7 de la noche y tenia que salir a cenar con mi familia. Pero eso nunca me lo ofrecieron. De verdad aqui no hay a quien reclamar ya que esta propiedad no es con el Hotel Playa Blanaca es una persona natural que te alquila esta habitacion. Muy mal servicio y estado de la habitacion para el precio tan elevado. Gracias a dios fue una sola noche. Al dia siguiente les escribi para entregarle el apartamento antes de las 12pm y para reclamar a la persona cara a cara y nunca llego, me indicaron que dejase las llaves en una caja de seguridad. No dan la cara.

Me senti engañada esto es alquilado por un particular y hay que llamar para que te traigan la llave y para que vengan a buscarla. Todo esta super sucio. Nos dijeron que no dijesemos nada en recepcion. No me parecio serio. Cenamos en un restaurante donde la atencion fue buena pero no tenian casi nada para cenar ni para desayunar, por la noche no podian darnos la factura fiscal y hubo que esperar. Hay un ruido expantoso toda la noche como una sirena de incendios. No solo no lo recomiendo sino que espero que tomen medidas porque evidentemente es un fraude ya que cobraron 128 dolares que iba a ser con desayuno pero despues no habia desayuno ni nada

Las personas que administran ésta habitación no aplican logística ni servicio al cliente alguno ni antes, ni durante mucho menos despues con los viajeros. Me tuvieron 15 días sufriendo por confirmación de la habitación. La señora que nos entregó la llave fué bien descortés desde el principio, la habitación estuvo lista e impecable a las 12 en punto pero super grosera al recibir la llave, practicamente nos echó estaba de mal humor. Aparte que tuvimos que esperar en la puerta de la piscina del hotel mas de 20 minutos de pié y bajo la lluvia, porque la habitación no estaba autorizada para piscina, aun cuando compré y se me dijo que si lo incluía. Se llamó a la señora de la llave y nunca se apersonó a resolver el inconveniente. De verdad, nunca mas vuelvo a contratar éste hospedaje. Frente al COVID no muy limpio, menos mal yo me había llevado un kit completo de desinfección, inclusive mis propias sabanas y antes de dejar nuestras cosas desinfecté todo muy bien. Me habían dicho que sin costo me iban a dejar una cocinilla, cosa que nunca sucedió, dado el mal servicio desde el principio, intuí que no me darían nada, en efecto fué asi, yo llevé mi propia cocinilla de casa... terrible las experiencia.
