The property is in a good location, off the highway, close to restaurants. The rooms were clean and remodeled. When we first got to our room the air wouldn’t come on, the breaker was tripped and had to be reset. During our 5 night stay we had to keep going down to the lobby to get new towels, as the person servicing our room kept skipping us. We went and addressed it with the desk, so the next day the lady showed up, but we were in our room, so we just asked for towels and the trash to be taken, so we thought it was fixed. Nope… The very next day we were gone all day and just wanted to shower and go to bed when we got back to our room... Again, no service to our room. Pretty bad. They offered nothing and just asked if we had a do not disturb sign on the door, trying to put the blame on us, which we never put the sign out. They didn’t seem to care and just brushed us off. Not impressed, will not stay there again. I think they just hire anyone there.
