This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with a king bed, full-sized bunk beds, twin-sized bunk beds, and two sleeper sofas. It features a beautiful deck that also offers green space and treed views. Updated kitchen and a private grill, private laundry and a private garage. Ideally located near River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, guests can walk to the high-speed gondola. Access to Red Hawk Lodge shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features beautiful treed views from the windows and a flat screen TV above a gas fireplace with stone surround. Relax after a day of outdoor adventure on comfortable leather furniture. There are two queen-sized sleeper sofas. Extra linens are in a closet.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats eight and there are four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The private deck is just off the dining area and offers a gas grill and access to greenspace so it’s like you have your own backyard. Enjoy the peaceful treed views and fresh mountain air. The first of two full bathrooms is down the hall and it has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The private washer and dryer is near the entryway, and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

The master suite features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination that features a jetted tub. The guest bedroom has a twin-over-twin and a full-over-full bunk bed with Ivory White Bedding. Open the closet for the flat screen TV.

Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. It was a great stay. We had no issues the whole time we were there but one. We dead bolted the doors and then we walked out the garage and I stepped over the sensors which allowed it to close and lock behind me...well the keycards do not open the deadbolt and therefore we were locked out. The management company was easy to get a hold of...so don't deadbolt the doors and walk out the garage! Fairly well stocked kitchen. Nice new appliances. Very nice size living room and good size bedrooms. Everything clean and working. One complainant--My wife and I only sleep on the King size bed and it maybe time to replace it; it was very soft and caved in the middle but maybe it was just me (220lb 6'4"). --wish it was cheaper but those days seem to be gone-- Overall not enough to take a star off.

Great Getaway!
We had the best time. The townhouse was lovely, beds super comfy and proximity to slopes and River Run village were perfect. We had a little snag w the garage key card sensor being out off commission and our ski gear getting locked inside, but maintenance was out within the hour to get us back in. Many great memories made!

Amazing townhome in Keystone.
Could not have been happier with the Townhome. Clean, plenty of room, close to the slopes. However, the check in process was a horrible experience with rude people. Not the way I wanted to start my vacation. Also, the Property Manager in the South Tower was as rude and unfriendly as could be to myself and my son as we were looking for the pool. I would recommend the property just hope you get better check in reception than what we did.

Very nice property. We loved the bedroom set up for our six kids ranging from ages 22 down to 5 years old. We love family ski time and this was a perfect place to stay. The gondola was within walking distance. I’d suggest a wagon to pull your equipment. The home was stocked with humidifiers, fans to sleep with and lots of kitchen supplies. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Great condo within walking distance to River Run Village
Had a great stay at this condo. Was super clean, spacious, nicely decorated with updated furniture and a great Keystone location. Walked to RRV for breakfast and dinner. Will for sure stay here again! One cleaning comment is that the windows need a good scrub on the outside as could barely see out living room window but know this is probably an HOA request to clean outside of windows.

Perfect condo for our family vacation. From the moment you walked in the home it felt warm, cozy and loved. Not like other condos where its more of an empty feeling. Plus all our necessities we needed where there already. I look forward to renting it again.

The location and the layout of the property was great!. It was strange how you had to pick up your keys at the property management office. And there was no code to get in and out of the garage. Other than that the beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Would stay again.

Fall Getaway
We came to Keystone for a short fall getaway during our kids’ fall break from school. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made! We loved everything about our townhouse at RedHawk. It was the cleanest condo we’ve rented in Summit County (and this was our 4th trip out with the kids). The location cannot be beat, and I would love to stay here during ski season. You could easily walk to the Gondola. The pool and hot tubs were open, which our kids loved, and even in the chilly October weather, the water was very warm in both pools. Our beds were comfortable, and bedding was clean. We liked having a garage to store our bikes overnight. We did lock ourselves out accidentally one morning while out on a bike ride, and it only took the property manager 5-10 minutes to bring us a key, even on Sunday AM, so we were very impressed with that. Our only recommendation would be to give the property manager the garage code and/or code to the patio door. We had inadvertently left the dead bolt on the front door since we exited through the garage that AM on our bikes, and the nice guy who came to bring us new keys had a hard time getting the door open. It was cold out, so it was very stressful, wondering how we were going to get back in. Again, we were super impressed with the quick response by Summit County property management, but it would’ve been so much easier if either we or they had a garage code. It seems this would easily happen again.
