When we first got there, the elevators were not working. Thank God, we were only on the second floor. Our door wasn’t working and it was already open when we got there. The room was OK, but the TV was not working couldn’t watch any channels. It was really hard to lock the door. You either had to push it hard or move it up and down just so it can lock. When we left and came back, we had to ask the front desk to come up and open it for us because the key card wasn’t working. Overall, it was an OK experience.
