BED BUGS Staff was friendly when checking in but that’s where it ends. I was on a business trip and finally settled down for the night at 11pm in my room. Was laying down and saw something crawling out of the corner of my eye. Bed bugs! Pulled the mattress down and the box spring was covered. I have videos and photo proof. Staff didn’t seem phased. There were no other open rooms available so my only option was to check out at 11:30pm and figure something out.
