Reserved 2 rooms and was only given 1 room for 6 people, due to the staff member during check in was so new that he did not check us in correctly and was unable to reach a manager. We also called ahead and reserved an infant bed, once we arrived we were told that one could not be found and that the mangerbwould be in at 7am the next morning and we could deal with the issue then. Then staff called the room at 430 in the morning saying he had found the infant bed, but calling the room not only woke us up but also the baby. The rooms were not clean, super hot, no elevator, and unhelpful staff

This is one of the first worst places I have ever stayed in . There were pubic hairs in the towels . Dirty sheets . The sink, mirrors, bathroom was really dirty. The pillows and sheets had weird scents . They didn’t want to give me my deposit because they couldn’t see I had made a deposit even though you need a deposit to stay . Broken handle door . Dusty everywhere.

The property was reasonably priced and quiet. Many places to get food around the hotel. Easy to park. Breakfast was good. The room and the bathroom were clean.

Good enough for overnight stay. Felt safe and it was convenient to the highway. They did have a small breakfast but it was enough to start the day. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was fast and easy. Beds and room comfortable.

The person checking us in was curteous and helpful by changing our room from the second floor to the first floor. There is no elevator. The floors were dirty. The walls were marked up and dirty. The waffles were yummy. A paint job and deep cleaning would make a big difference.
