For the price, I expected better. I believe our bed sheets weren’t changed from the previous person. There were black hairs in the bed when we pulled back the covers. The room just didn’t feel clean. Also the photos online don’t match what you see in person. We were on the bottom floor. The floor above us was so loud. It sounded like they were running back and forth all night long. You could hear every time they turned on the shower or washed their hands. It was hard to sleep. Very outdated location. Breakfast was fine. Basic. Not much to expect since it’s free. Housekeeping cleans the rooms every three days. First time I’ve ever heard that. We stayed for two nights. I thought the whole point of staying at a hotel was so you can relax? Had to ask for towels at the front desk. Pool and jacuzzi area were very dirty.

Wonderful hotel great accessibility rooms.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Helped me with my room to accommodate my elderly father. Who has mobility issues. The accessibility room had great bathroom accommodations for him. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay there again. All the staff I encountered was very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel with Problems

When we first checked in and got to our room, it was hot and stuffy. We went to turn on the AC only to find that it was broken and nearly ripped off the wall. We called the front desk and they said we were SOL and they couldn't help us. So my husband went down to the lobby in person. Now all of the sudden they could help us. We get to our second room and the AC works, sort of, but it is better than nothing. Now our TV doesn't work though. It was late, and they told us no maintenance was on site, so we dealt with it. Beds were hard as rocks and both were so slanted that we each had to put a pillow on one side of us so we wouldn't roll off the bed at night. Fridge was also barely cold. Overall the rooms and beds are run down, little to no service in regards to maintenance, and they'll move you, but you have to go see them face to face when I tried to ask for help politely via phone call. Overall, skip this hotel and save yourself the headache.

Definitely disappointed

The Springfield Suites in Corona needs a serious refresh. The layout of the rooms felt odd and poorly thought out. The carpets were noticeably dirty, and the wallpaper was peeling in multiple places, giving the whole place a neglected vibe. Honestly, it felt more like a budget motel than the quality you'd expect from a SpringHill Suites. Definitely disappointing.

Equipment failure with quick resolution.

A minor problem the first night. During the middle of the night, the HVAC unit came on, and it sounded like something was crashing through the wall. I turned the unit off and informed the front desk of the issue in the morning. By the time we returned that afternoon, the unit had been replaced. Excellent: scale of 1 - 10, about a 30.
