I was to stay at this hotel for 3 days however the first day of my stay I had to change the rooms three times first time because the room wasn't even cleaned when I got there second room the pillows and sheets were stained and then last room was not handicapped accessible which I had requested and also when I got up in the morning and turned on the light in the bathroom a roach ran across the floor I decided I cannot stay at this hotel any longer it only stayed for one day and went elsewhere. I was not going to make a scene at the counter I just said I'm not staying here I'm gone and gave them the key
it was nice quit clean. Good and nice to have a nice romantic getaway.

I wouldnt stay here again. The beds are literally 2 feet off the floor. The bed so soft you sink in to almost the bed frame. The remote to the tv didn't work. The tv was small. I got headaches and when i open the window my headache got better. Didnt have enough towels.

The hotel is nice with decent amenities. It’s in a good area in walking distance to stores and restaurants. All staff was very nice and polite. Any problems they would fix it quick. Overall, I would stay at Woodsprings Corona again.
Woodsprings hotel is a wonderful place to stay, it feels like home. The staff is very friendly and professional, and I loved that. I would stay anytime and recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
I get there late after booking for hotels. The notified me there was no double beds available like I booked. They have one queen because the room's are full or dirty. We took the single. Went up to the room. The room was dirty. Towels on the floor and no bed sheets the toilet was backed up with waist. Luckily they were able to find us another room for the night that was clean.
I had 2 reservations for consecutive days. I asked if we could do the papaerwork for both reservations so I had a smooth stay from obe day to the next. They said no. I had to come back down before 11am the next day to complete a 2nd reservation. When I vame down the following morning I was informed there was a $45 early check in fee to keep the same room. I said i was already staying therebwhyvwould there be an additional fee. She said i co I ld talk to. Mnger laterbin the am. I came back later and they allowed me to check in without a charge but the same paperwork I had filled out the day before had to be filled out again. I told them they didnt have to clean my room and they informed me they were extended stay and didn't come in until after 14 days. Absolutely no customer service. Iwasnt even given directions to my room at my original check in. Limited amenities and extended stay shouldn't limit good service. At least act like you care that there is someone staying at their place of business.
