The service at the front desk was poor, I resented that they took a copy of my drivers license as a travel advisor I have never had a hard copy taken. I asked at check out for my copy they said it was policy to keep my copy and to be shredded in 30 days. I felt that a copy can be compromised. I did not receive the hard copy. The bed was very uncomfortable and felt as if it was an old recycled mattress.

Nice Location but lacking

Location was great. There is a shopping center right next door including target should you need anything, however, the hotel although very clean lacked the items I must needed for my stay. The room smelled so strong at Bleach it took 2 full days to start going away and I was there for 3 days. I booked this location because of the kitchen being that I have a restricted diet and need to cook my own meals, well, while I got a beautiful kitchen with a microwave and fridge, there was no utensils or pots/pans to cook with. When I ask the front desk they said, they are not a "Full Service" hotel, which is not listed anywhere or detailed as to what that means. I felt like that would be like giving me a toilet without water. What is the point of a kitchen if there are no utensils or anything else offered? Certainly not convenient at all if you are traveling. May be someone who is in the middle of moving and has these items with them that might work and it seems that was the case with most people staying there, as the laundry room seem to be quiet busy all the time. But for people who are traveling this is a huge inconvenience. They provided coffee and nothing else. If you needed anything you had to ask the front desk. Not the norm. The bed was extremely uncomfortable with a metal flimsy base, literally, the only good thing was location and cleanliness minus the strong bleach smell.

Less than friendly staff. Seems like one person does it all. Check in, cleans rooms, breakfast, etc. So they are never at the front desk. Never smiles. not friendly, etc. No wonder.They are overworked.

All of the maids and desk attendants was absolutely wonderful. The respect for their customers was awesome. We will be back again and I will let others know how suburb wood spring were to me and my family. AWESOME!!!

Staff was rude and curt in their remarks. Acted like they were too good to answer simple questions. No coffee in rooms, coffee was not made in lobby, I was told it would "be a while" for coffee to be made. Ridiculous, since there was no breakfast being served and no diners nearby. People will want coffee at least!! Buzzing in to open the door from the lobby every time even during the day when staff was right there. One room key was not set up, therefore the lobby door buzzing thing wouldn't work-- staff laughed at me, like I was too stupid to do it right. They could have helped instead of laughing. No hair dryer in room, had to go get one in lobby. No clothes irons available. Ridiculous and I won't be back.

Not a great stay.

The room is spacious but the beds are treble, uncomfortable, makes a lot of noise when you’re rolling over on your side and they move around easily. There is no pool, any type of breakfast when you need linen you have to take your use ones for exchange you have to throw out your own trash. The thermostat came offf the wall. No iron and ironing board in the room. You need to check one out at the front desk and that’s if it’s available.

No coffee maker in the room. No hair dryer, no Kleenex, limited towels, no ice machine anywhere in hotel. Not enough shampoo for 2 of us and no conditioner. Very noisy neighbors . Definitely used for more long term stays. Met young couple leaving after a 3 month stay. No breakfast available just coffee in lobby for limited time. I will never stay here again.

Suite doesn’t have iron in each room… asked for iron and it was handed out to someone and 3 hours later still didn’t have an iron. TV channel guide not working properly. Leak in shower. Lights not functioning properly.
