I stayed one night, the location is great surround by mountains, nice and spacious room and bathroom, super clean, front desk great people, close to the freeway 15, many restaurants and fast food. I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean But the rooms are very bear bone The bed was not comfortable, I called down for extra towels and they told me I had to bring my used towels down to get new ones. They took $100 deposit. So why are they playing the towel exchange game? Let’s just say I won’t be staying there again if I can help it.

Does not have even very basic amenities. NO ICE machines, only 2 towels that are small, thin and rough. Has kitchenette but no supplies. You have to BUY them from the front desk. Granted it is low cost, but NO ICE MACHINES??? You can ask for ice trays(2) at the front desk. Very limited channels, not even basic free streaming. Worst experience in all my worldly travels!

Good place to stay with family. I appreciate that my room had a kitchenette, but there were no utensils at all, not even a plate. They apologized to me for that as well. Another thing is the RFID card. It stopped unlocking my door, and the staff couldn't fix it after trying multiple times.

Everything was going well: check-in was relatively smooth, people were very nice, room looked clean when I entered it. And then I removed the comforter off the bed. Suddenly, a feeling of utter disgust swept over me: there on the top of the bedsheet was a long pubic hair. I would’ve easily rated this stay as “Poor” or even “Terrible” had it not been for the positive aspects upon check-in.

Overall, this place was good. The rooms were clean comfortable did not feel gross. We did have a spider in a room, but not a big deal. The place felt secure. They have locks on the front doors. Overall, this place is great. It’s location is right next to a shopping mall. Lots of food and stores didn’t feel too sketchy. Lots of normal people at this hotel for an affordable price. Definitely would stay here again.
