تجربتي مع هذا الفندق جدًا سيئة من جميع النواحي بالبداية السرير غير نظيف و اصابتنا الحكة منه و عندما اطلب من خدمة الغرف احضار مناشف او ملاعق او ماء يأتون به بعد مدة طويلة و الموظف يدخل الغرفة بدون استئذان لكي ادفع ثمن ما اخذته و اذا اتصلت بخدمة الغرف ترد علي الموظفة و تقول لي ان انتم تتصلون مرة تلو الأخرى و أنا لست متفرغة عفوًا و لكن هذا عملكِ !

The bed was comfy, but the hotel service disappointed. Despite informing staff four times, my running toilet wasn't fixed. The restaurant served average food; I ordered boneless spring chicken but got a bone-in dish with fries instead of sumac potatoes. They charged about US$100 for early check-in.

Reservámos uma suite júnior descrita como para 4 hóspedes, mas à chegada encontrámos apenas uma cama king size. Ao falar na receção, foi-nos dito que o quarto era para 3 pessoas e que estas deveriam dormir todas na mesma cama. Só após a terceira insistência é que colocaram uma cama extra, mas o colchão era tão duro que era impossível dormir. No fim, 3 pessoas tiveram de partilhar a cama de casal.

The rooms were nice, service was ok, but not good, not all requests could be solved on my behalf. I needed to leave a day earlier and Expedia wanted to help me but the hotel refused to reimburse me one night- which I found disappointing and not very guest oriented.
