They have charged me twice !!
I had a bad experience with them, they had charged me twice and I contacted Expedia at July 2015 but the hotel doesn't reply or answer Expedia's contact !! Take care of them !!!

The hotel with good location overlooking the sea with easy parking, but as a service is not very good adjustment such as weak normal breakfast interview staff to respond to an ordinary weak weak cooperation spaciousness of Sadr is weak, but the location is excellent

This is my third stay in this hotel, I stayed this time for 10 nights. The staff were understanding and allowed me to stay with my kids in one room with no extra charge. My suite has a nice view and big enough for family with kids. last year I stayed in the same suite and it had an extra bed for free, this year it hasn't. Room service was bad and they never clean the room, they only take trash and change towels. The air conditioning was not working, most of my time was out but if I stay at my room in day time it was like a sauna. If you don't have a car, don't stay at this hotel since every thing is unreachable. Overall, this hotel has been better in the last two years, but not this year. I might consider staying at this hotel but only for one or two nights.

Otelin manzarası çok iyi ama şehire biraz uzak, taksi tutmanız ya da arabanızın olması şart, oda gayet başarılı idi. Kahvaltısı hem Dedeman markasına hemde ödediğim fiyata kesinlikle yakışmıyordu. Fiyatı karadeniz bir bölgesindeki otele göre fazla, İstanbulda ya Akdenizdeki tatil beldelerinde benzer kaliteki bir otelde daha uyguna kalabiliyorsunuz.

Sehr ruhig obwohl an Straße D010. Unfreundliche Rezeption. Zimmer war bei Ankunft noch nicht sauber, Vorhänge lagen abgerissen auf dem Boden Fitnessraum wird anscheinend wenig genutzt. Leider waren Geräte total klebrig :-(( Aber: Super Aussicht auf das Meer:-))

Prof hotel - Dedeman Rize
Et dejligt beliggende hotel i udkanten af Rize. - nem transport til byen (10 min med bussen) til stort set ingen penge. Hotelmanagement helt i orden, service helt i orden, morgenmad ganske glimrende. Helt klart et hotel jeg vil vende tilbage til, næste gang mine veje kommer til Rize. Der er altid en person i receptionen, der taler engelsk. Høfligt personale.
