Prettily and thoughtfully appointed and decorated, comfy and cozy. I can’t say enough good things about it. Oh! And the view of the river is breathtaking! I would stay again, for sure! "

"We were scouting the area for a retirement home and decided to spend a week in the area. We worked remotely without any issues and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The lake was down quite a bit which was disappointing but it really didn’t affect our stay. The cabin had a large living area with plenty of seating.The kitchen was well appointed but bring your own ziplocks, foil, etc… we didn’t bbq but were happy to see a grill was available. Beds were comfortable with plenty of drawer space in the main bedroom. No dresser in the second bedroom..just a nightstand. There are plenty of towels for four people (we had three) but no shampoo, body wash or bar soap. The washer/dryer came in handy (we brought our own soap and dryer sheets) and the coffee bar was great (bring your coffee and condiments). Overall this is a great place to stay and we will check availability the next time we’re back looking at homes. "

"The house is located in a safe area with a nice path to the lake. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Showers are tiled and nice with faucets high enough for tall people and plenty of water to wash with. Owner was easily accessible for information. "
