Front desk not very welcoming. Building seemed clean. Asked to be put on 1st floor due to mobility issues. Room amenities need serious attention. Loose/missing fixtures on tub. No safety features. No racks or place to put towels except floor. Loose electrical outlets for c-pap. No outlets available when sharing a bed for 2 c- pap machines.

For a one night stay it was tolerable. The bed was great but I really don’t understand the 5 tiny pillows for a king bed. At least put 6 so each person has a chance! I realize there are guests who can nihilate a room but generally I feel most people are respectful. Invest the time and money and refresh your rooms and then train housekeeping on how to maintain We really won’t stay there again. Sorry Comfort!

For one, the front desk staff seem to just be at a job and lacked knowledge or interest in helping the customers. Many simple questions that I had was postponed for me to be given the answer later or even and answer that they felt made sense but was not necessarily a part of your policy. When I entered my room I could tell it was not thoroughly cleaned. The tissue roll in the bathroom was almost empty from previous guest. The coffee machine was disgustingly dirty and when I took it to the front desk the response was to just put it back and they will have someone change it out. There was also just a verbal statement of how she couldn't believe they did not clean it. No one ever came to change it and I personally had to retrieve dish soap to clean it myself. The entrance that I was told was more convenient for where my room was, lacked Lighting, cameras or any type of site from the front desk to make me feel secure. It felt very unsafe and I could not even go that way with my children after dark. One time I used it and used my flashlight and still Felt very unsafe. There are large trucks, Random men Active at all hours, and truly just a lack of lighting to give some sense of being seen. The pricing at that time was the reason for my choice but please know that that is no longer a factor. With my choice in the future I will not come here

Requested to move rooms. The first floor room was not clean and dark. Not as well maintained as the upper level. The 2nd room was not clean. The comforter’s on the bed had stains. The floor appeared to have not been vacuumed or poorly so as evidenced by me picking up things off the floor. The bathroom tub had hair in the tub and on the shower walls. The handle on the sink and shower were loose and falling off. On prior stays, the rooms have been in better condition with no complaints with the last stay being in October of last year. Hopefully a fluke, but nonetheless, I checked out early the next morning and cancelled the 2nd night and booked elsewhere.
