I Will Return
Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast. Only critiques -there was no shower curtain liner in the shower so the floor got very wet when we took a shower. Also the toilet was very very low, anyone older or with back issues may have some difficulty using the facilities. I did not see a specific place to recycle, so would not consider this hotel especially eco-friendly. Overall an excellent hotel for an excellent price.

I appreciate that this hotel had availability when all others nearby were fully booked, and I’m grateful for that. However, the experience left a bit to be desired. Despite being a non-smoking hotel (with numerous signs warning about charges for smoking), the hallways reeked of smoke as if it was happening in every room. When I entered my room, I found someone’s hat, leftover food, and a cigarette, which made me question the cleanliness. The sheets also had suspicious brown spots, which was concerning. While I’m thankful for the last-minute accommodation, the cleanliness and upkeep definitely need improvement.

The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. There is a grocery store next door with dining options all around the hotel. I have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times. My only complaint was I left my travel bag in my hotel room, when I checked out. I called the front desk to have it sent to me at my expense and 3 weeks later it hasn’t been returned

I have been checking info this properly every 4-6 weeks for nearly 3 years, the young lady who checked us is was incredible!! Dee, apparently she's only been there a short time but she made our stay feel like we were with family

We were given a room right next to the hotels commercial laundry for the facility. So we are awaken by an abundance of noises starting at 7:00 a.m. when the staff started doing laundry. This room should not be for the public. It is very loud and annoying. If it is used, you should at least be advised that there will be a lot of noise in the morning.

The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because Dee at the front drag was amazing during our entire stay. The hotel itself was dirty. There was mold in our bathroom, the pool and other various places They breakfast and breakfast area was terrible. With the limited options the popular item was the one waffle maker. There was almost always a line of people to make a waffle because everything else sucks. The seating in the breakfast area was limited and usually crowded. The pool and hot tub almost always had a bunch of people in there, some of the people I think were locals that weren't actually staying at the hotel. I would not stay here again. While it's a cheaper option in the area there are better options. I didn't think I ever saw a hotel with so much black mold. The rooms didn't seem very clean either taking the black mold out of the picture. The towels and bed sheets had some stains. The way the lights work is stupid. Some of the lights use the light switch some you have to do manually all over the room. One of the light switches didn't seem to do anything. The door handle to the bathroom was falling off where sometimes the door wouldn't start shut well. Just do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This place needs a lot of work done.
