The staff is amazing! and the food was absolutely tasty but the hotel is under construction and many amenities are not available. No disco, No shows, no yoga or other activities available. I only had access to the pool and the three beaches. This was an all inclusive purchase! I did not take pictures but behind the area in which the food was served that particular beach was full of garbage. The lobby bar served great can beers but the drinks were watered down. Drinks with alcohol were just water and lots of juice and ice. My room was spotless but near the room they kept piles of garbage from the construction area. I did not have hot water to shower with and the toilet, well I had to pour water into the tank in order to flush it during my entire stay. There is no bell man and no elevators. I walk with a cane...not ADA Accessibility available. The concierge helped me with my luggage when I arrive but I had no help on the way out. I was there during the two storms and my flight was canceled and rebooked for departure on 11/19 so I had to book two additional nights in which I paid for but then the flights changed again and they refused to refund me for the night I was not staying. The reason given was
' the hotel did nothing for me to leave. I was leaving per my won choice'. This was untrue since I had no control over the airline canceling and rebooking me. This is totally bad business for sure in behalf of the hotel. How can I suggest or recommend this hotel?
