The property was very dark at night to walk around. The service at breakfast was not as pleasant. One out of the three days we stay we no servers came to us. Others were served but not us. This resort is very beautiful for it not to have no type of entertainment. We had to go some where else to hear music. We had a loud noise coming from the AC room.

Our room had water dripping from the ceiling onto the bed. We had to change rooms and then there was a leaking pipe in the second room that flooded the entry way. One staff member asked if we left a faucet on instead of listening to what we told them. We are requesting a refund.

No cable don’t even tray to fixing for 3 days but good place to stay and other think I don’t like whend a pay on money $$ don’t accept my $$ because was old if you don’t have credit card you don’t eat and don’t buy anything

We arrived around 11, even though check in was at 3.. we changed for our bathing suits and went to the beach… they told us it might be ready by 1.. we kept checking the status of our room but it wasn’t ready until 4pm!!! Once we got situated in our room (908) the a/c wasn’t working .. so after we keep pushing the issue with management, they gave us another room (1706) Room seem clean but lil by lil you started notice that walls were moldy or dirty behind the beds. Security didn’t care about anything… we arrived on a holiday weekend.. many young kids probably from high school were there.. some of them were drinking like there is no tomorrow , trashing the beach, throwing can of beer wherever… they had a speaker with music too loud that people constantly had to tell them to put the music a bit down, even thought there was music playing around the beach bar area… later at night this kids continued their party after hours … making imposible to relax.. room cleaning service doesn’t come until 5 pm.. really inconvenient not to have a room clean. Food in the buffet area was limited… thankfully we didn’t have the all inclusive..it would have been a waste of money.. we just had the breakfast included … we have been in other hotels all inclusive and food menu is bigger, this hotel was basic. We won’t stay here again, we rather pay extra an be in a beach where isn’t too crowded, food is better and employees care about their guests
