Willow Cottage Farm was purchased in 2009, after extensive property developments the converted cowshed provides two luxurious self-contained holiday lets completed in May 2016. Both lets are supported by wonderful south facing views. There is a contemporary feel in the design and furnishings. The Dairy is on one level with a step to the door.

The Dairy has fully equipped kitchen including a double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with cool box, toaster, microwave, kettle, you will be ale to cook a full Christmas dinner here. It has under floor heating. The dairy is fully equipped unit suitable for two people. It has one bedroom with ensuite-wet room, The bed is a 5 foot wide king sized bed, all cotton linens and high quality towels provided. The bedroom has amazing south facing views. Its has full internet facilities and a 32 inch TV DVD. The Dairy has its own out side area with seating and barbecue, off road parking, deal for relaxing.

Both have out side spaces for barbecues. Easy walking distance to the village and main line station. Well behaved dogs are welcome, great for country walks. Huge discounts for weekly and monthly bookings during November, December, January, February and March.

We had wanted a place to stay for a few days that very quiet.The place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The Dairy is part of two units/holiday lets. There was alot of activity of people driving and walking past the front door especially in the mornings. It should be advertised as a working farm on a small main road. The view from the kitchen window was great but we mainly looked onto the main house with a small section of nice scenery. A Welcome Pack was something we missed. It was ok if you are staying one night and you leave early morning., otherwise its not a place for us unfortunately.

Great base for visiting nearby family
This was so well-placed for our needs. It was a super well-equipped compact property in a glorious setting that combined a quiet, country atmosphere with every modern and stylish facility. High quality kitchen and bathroom fittings plus the interior decor gave it a real boutique feel. Hosts friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to use this again.

Beautiful and practical accommodation beautifully located.
The only downside was the lack of a teapot and tea strainer (at least I could not find any). My wife would have preferred a bath to a shower, and we would both have preferred sheets and blankets to a duvet. There was a milk churn, but it was a dairy with no cows to milk. I stress these are NOT complaints. The Dairy is a great place to stay, and we really enjoyed staying there.

New year's Eve Holiday
Me and my partner wanted to spend the New year's Eve in a quiet and peaceful place. We went very happy about the Cottage and the beautiful countryside around. We arrived one hour early and the Cottage was already prepared for us, the first impression was so clean and fresh. I really enjoyed cooking for New year's Eve, the kitchen is fully furnished with a lot of equipments and all you need for cooking. Meanwhile I cooked, I enjoyed having the beautiful view of the countryside. The bedroom has a lovely and comfortable bed and the bathroom a huge shower which everything was perfect for us. Thank you Louise and Graham, we are looking forward to returning soon :-)

Perfect property in an ideal location

Wonderful views of the countryside from all windows and set in a great location to enjoy all that Sussex has to offer from countryside to coast. Lovely short break in Robertsbridge
Cute cottage that had everything we needed, including being dog-friendly. Centrally located for visiting Battle, Rye, Bodiam and Camber Sands. We had a very relaxing break.

OK but a little disappointing. Our first not fully positive review...a shame really...
Before arriving we received good communication from the owners about how to access the property and all was as described. On arrival it was cold, however it took over 2 hours for the under floor heating to start to make any difference in the property. Then when nice and warm it takes many hours to cool back down, not normally a problem however we prefer it cooler at night so sleep was disturbed by heat. The property is described as luxurious and with no expense spared. To have only one footstool for the reclining chairs, a TV with terrible sound and many channels not watchable due to poor quality, no potato masher, black mould on the grout of the wet room floor tiles, yellow stains on the shower curtain, a non-working heated towel rail, and a dirty utensil left in the dishwasher does not scream luxurious and no expense spared to me. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. The view was lovely when you look past the owners house who have their blinds down the whole time on one side of the property to give holiday makers their privacy.

Small but perfectly formed
Perfectly situated to explore the surrounding area and further afield. Many beautiful interesting places to visit including National Trust properties nearby. Accommodation was lovely and we hope to visit again next year.
