When I checked in I asked for a baggage cart and was told they are all out so I had to make several trips between my car and the room. I didn't see a cart the whole time I was there. When I checked out the same thing was said, the carts are all out. The clothes rack in my room was broken, maintenance came up and fixed it right away but they didn't do a good job because by the next morning it was hanging off the wall with just my clothes hanging on it. The hallways had litter everywhere and the elevator also had trash in it. I was very disappointed with this visit.

The toilet handle was broken. I asked for same floor as my family but we couldn’t get it. The rooms are clean but none of my outlets worked in my room so I couldn’t charge my phone. Hotel.com over charged me because the hotel only charged me $83

For the most part, the room was clean and modern. I appeared the the tub had been fixed. Some detail could be paid to the cosmetics of the repaired bathtub.The biggest issue was the door slamming and loud voices in the hallways at all hours. Otherwise, it was a great door. I'd stay there again.
