"ABETAIA SUL LAGO" is a condominium 1.5 km from the center of Alleghe in the small hamlet of Masarè, at the beginning of the lake, in a quiet position, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
THE SPACES
The apartment is on the third floor. For the more sporty there are a few flights of stairs, but there is also the convenience of the lift which leaves after the first ramp in the garage.
It has a living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine.
The room offers a queen size bed. The bathroom with window has a sink, shower, bidet and washing machine.
A long balcony, equipped with a couple of deck chairs and a small table, completes the comfort of this beautiful nest in the Dolomites: given the north-west exposure, it will be a pleasure to read a good book in silence or sip a drink al fresco.
THE POSITION
The apartment is located in a very convenient position for both a winter and a summer holiday. The ski bus at 200 meters takes you in just a few minutes to the departure of the ski lifts of the SKI CIVETTA ski area or to Malga Ciapela at 14 km where the majestic Marmolada glacier is located and the connection with the Sellaronda/Dolomitisuperski ski area.
In summer, the location is very quiet, perfect if you want to relax: you can walk along the shores of the lake, a panoramic place in front of the dizzying north wall of the Civetta where it is possible to fish (following the regulations of the Province of Belluno) or rent a boat or a pedalo. You can go on excursions on foot or by mountain bike or take daring via ferratas.
A little tip for your walks: the entire Alleghe area is full of streams and waterfalls. Starting from the square in Masarè, a few meters from the house, go up to the tennis court in Pian Grant, where you turn right going up a path that leads to the Ru de Rialt waterfall announced by the roar of the water and preceded by the refreshing fall of the nebulised droplets.
