Inside an elegant building built in the 12th century, located in the highest part of the medieval town of Sticciano Alto, it is 310 meters above sea level.
Five apartments (from 50 to 130 square meters) elegantly renovated (in 2011) in typical Tuscan style, exposed wooden beams, stone walls and terracotta floors. The apartments have a kitchenette or kitchen and are also furnished with period furniture. All have air conditioning, heating and a wood-burning fireplace. Outside there are two beautiful terraces from which you can enjoy the magnificent landscape of the surrounding hills. Outdoor swimming pool with a small shared garden, deckchairs and umbrellas, private parking located in the upper part of the town and therefore accessible through a small road.

From the structure you reach the sea of Castiglione della Pescaia in about 25 minutes.
Excursions are possible to the Natural Park of the Maremma, to the numerous spas present in the area and to the art cities such as Siena, Massa Marittima and Florence.
