Rooms is specious. Surrounding is calm and there is maxican restaurent next to hotel and has different animal carving makes surrounding beautiful and enough parking space Breakfast is good. only problem is elevator; is very slow and more waiting timing.

The hotel is very old, the room has carpet that looks like it has never been vacuumed, the room smells strongly of old, and the facilities are old. The elevator is a bit scary. I rented two rooms for 6 people, but there were only 4 towels. I asked for them on the first day, but I gave up on the second. The breakfast was very poor. In fact, I decided to stay at the hotel because of the breakfast, but it wasn't worth it. The only advantage is that there was a supermarket nearby. The pillows were huge. The staff, especially at the reception, are nice, but unfortunately the smell in the room is very bad for allergy sufferers.

Decent stay near manhattan
We stayed here as a cheaper alternative to Manhattan. The beds were comfortable and the room was tidy, but a bit worn. The only real problem was that the AC could not keep up with the temp, was loud, and kept turning on and off even though it was never getting to temp. The breakfast was reasonably good. We were happy with the stay for the night.

Hotel run as Motel by chippos!
Out of 2 elevator, for my entire trip of 4 days 1 of thexelevator was always broken. Hence, there was a huge lineup all the time to get to room or out. No room service was provided. Cleaning was not done properly. Towels had stains and looked worn out. Rud staff. They are running hotel like a motel. I booked Ramada for its reputation andxspent so much money and got mediocre experience. Will not recommend to anyone and will not stay at any Ramada in future!

The breakfast options were egg and bread , cereal and oatmeal. Some danish and muffins but that's it, oh and apples that are wrinkled and stale. Corridors were dirty especially the one leading to the dining area. Staff at breakfast that is the lady was unpleasant

Needed somewhere close to work to relax for the night and this worked very well! The morning staff when i checked out was very dismissive and didn’t have the friendly disposition of the overnight staff! The only other issue was the water never got hot just barely warm! Will come back again though

Nice place to spend the night
Check-in went well, the room had plenty or space, was clean, and had all the standard amenities. They brought us a roll-away bed without extra charge. Breakfast was good and was open long enough (until 10:00). It was also the cheapest Hotel we could find that was not too far from the New York cruise terminal.
