We usually stay here when going to Mayo. We have always had a good stay here. Clean, friendly, convenient and many times we get a free upgrade. The room comes with a simple breakfast - a big plus ! The guy taking care of the breakfast does a great job keeping up with it, too. The motel is connected to the Subway system so if the weather is bad outside we can get to our appointments without getting wet or cold ( or hot). The clinic is only a couple block walk away.

The hotel is connected to the mayo clinic very convenient and the staff was willing to help whatever i needed. The bedrooms were clean i had no issue. Housekeeping did an awesome job.

It is very convenient for access to Mayo Clinic appointments and like the subway so you do not need to walk outside during inclement weather.
