Unique place to stay being it is the old city hall. Very convenient location for downtown and Mayo Clinic. Hosts replied to requests in a timely manner and were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional Short Stay
I was in town for a CrossFit competition and need a quiet place to crash after the long day. This property was a perfect fit. It was near some great food locations but was still really quiet at night. The property itself was maintained well and very cozy. It was well stocked with everyday items me you could cook a good meal with the available hardware in the kitchen. It even has a parking spot which is super key in any downtown area. The check in process was smooth, and communication was spot on and prompt. I think it’d be great place to stay for a quick weekend and a longer stay. Kudos to Black Swan Living!

The apartment was lovely, comfortable, and well prepared for guests. It was nice to be able to have an assigned parking space and be able to walk to Mayo Clinic in a very pleasant downtown area.
