Enjoy your stay in the heart of downtown Rochester, located near the biggest attractions and some of the best restaurants in the city. This stay boasts skyline views, king beds, open spaces, a fully functioning kitchen and classic hardwood floors throughout the apartment. With around-the-clock host access, thoughtful details and free off-street parking, you'll have everything you need to feel like a VIP every time you stay.

Elevator access to the top floor of this apartment building brings you right to your front door! Being on the uppermost floor and having the entire side of the building to yourself, you'll only have neighbors beneath you (no shared walls). You'll open the door to an open living room and dining room with a beautiful view of the city. The spacious galley kitchen right off the dining area provides everything you need. Walk down the long hallway to your King Bedrooms with a separate bathroom for each and ample closet space in each room.

The entire apartment is yours! The hosts have secured one utility closet off the kitchen for their storage use.
Coin operated laundry can be found in the key-accessible basement. The hosts provide a key labeled "Basement Laundry" that you will need for the elevator to bring you down.

Your hosts are Rochester locals and available to answer questions or respond to your needs from 7am to 11pm. We work diligently to ensure you have the easiest, most streamlined and relaxing stay. We promptly will address any issues or questions you may have.

One of our favorite restaurants is right across the street! Walking distance to local music venues, theaters, bars, restaurants, parks and river walks. Public transportation just two blocks away.

On site parking for one car with provided parking pass. There is additional paid street parking right in front of the building if needed. Easily walk to some of the best restaurants, cafes and bars. Rochester has plenty of Uber and Lyft drivers.
Our goal is to ensure that you have an incredibly comfortable and safe stay. To do so, please follow these house rules:

Times:
- Standard check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. Due to the fact that we operate & clean our own units with a full schedule every day, we can not offer early check-in or late check-out. We need the time to ensure each stay is perfect for our guests.

Parties & Noise:
- Party’s are forbidden.
- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM.
- A sound meter will alert us to loud noise and parties.

Cleanliness:
- No smoking, vaping, candles or incense.
- No pets allowed.
- Please treat the apartment as your own. We take great care to keep it clean and picked. We ask you do too.
- For long stays, we do quick cleans and linen changes for free every 2 weeks.

Issues & Complaints:
- We will check on the apartment once a month for stays longer than a month.
- Any issues with your stay must be communicated to us within 2 hours after check in. This provides us the opportunity to fix the issue. If not communicated then you forfeit your right to any refund.

If any of these rules are broken extra charges may be issued.
