There are high-quality finishes throughout, and gray-washed laminate floors add a feel of elegance. Additionally, there is ample closet space, an in-unit washer & dryer, and much more. The unit has high-quality finishes and attractive grey-washed laminate floors - all of which lend an air of contemporary elegance. You will also find ample closet space, an in-unit washer & dryer, and much more. The building itself has premium amenities that surpass anything found in most hotels. A large fitness room, a beautiful community room, dining in the building (starting Spring 2021), a dog park and spa, vending machines, and a bicycle rental area right outside the building.
