The housekeepers did a really bad job despite us pre-cleaning the room for them each day. The bed was always half made, they took all our towels and didn’t leave clean ones, and there was even two days they just didn’t come

Loud, very loud
The room was clean and mattress comfortable, table stakes in my opinion. The pillows were mostly air and offered little head support. The biggest issue though was that it seems sound dampening was not factored into the construction of the building. The hall was loud, the doors were loud, noise from outside was loud. We tried to cover it with the ac fan but it wouldn't stay on, so it was just a very loud weekend. Also, there should be rules about having to wear shoes outside of the pool area, the lobby and elevators were wet all weekend.
