I was given a room that I would consider a last resort room, right off the lobby, which was very noisy and the last night there two youth hockey teams were there playing in the hallway at midnight! No staff intervened, I got out of bed to tell the boys they needed to stop and also called the front desk.

Generally very good. Excellent employees. very clean. There was no auxiliary heater in the bathroom. It was very cold. It would have been much more comfortable if there had been a heat lamp in the ceiling or other heater.

I have stayed at this property multiple times, and many places in Rochester. This is by far my favorite and it has always been a good experience. Great location away from the downtown, but still within 2 miles from Mayo hospitals, shopping and dining options. Walking trail right outside side door of hotel that runs alongside the river. Food options available steps away from front door. Variety of breakfast items. Spacious rooms. Attentive staff. Give this place a try.

This was a beautiful , updated, clean and very big. The staff was friendly and helpful. A few of tge guests were pretty rude. But you have that everywhere you go now a days.

A couple of issues
We were disappointed that we were unable to get a hot plate to use in our room. We were told there was only 20 available and there’s over 100 rooms we are sure at the hotel . Also, we left early this morning, and there was no one at the reception desk, so we called later in the day and asked for a copy of our final bill sent to my email. It has yet to arrive.
