We had fecal matter on the pullout sofa and they “didn’t have housekeeping to fix it.” We had a light in the bathroom that was blinking like a strobe light and could have caused a seizure but “we don’t know where the light bulbs are.” And there was a family of elephants in the room above us, running and stomping around the clock and “we can’t fix that.” What can you fix? We asked for housekeeping to come in and they left clean towels, but didn’t make the beds or anything. Then they “couldn’t do anything about it because we booked through a third party.” I have never had a bad experience at a Homewood Suites. This place needs new management and I need a full refund.

The room was ok, bed was comfortable.
The room was good. The bed comfortable. Kitchen was clean although we didn’t use it. We made our reservation last minute and received the handicap accessible room, which was fine, but the bathroom smelled and didn’t seem super clean. I didn’t bring a hairdryer and there was not one in the room, which I thought was odd. Overall I’d give our stay a 6.

Very convenient location for our stay. The pull out couch was not the cleanest, but the staff was kind enough to replace the mattress for us when we asked.

The hotel was showing some wear, bathroom floor could have been cleaned better, finding a hair in the bathtub. The complimentary breakfasts have not improved over the last year. I was thrilled the Cracker Barrel was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and the lobby was always clean.
