When checking in, the lady did not scan my cards properly, so I could not get into my room or out of the parking ramp. I had to back up, ruining the rim on my tire and making another truck backup. I had to run back in and have them fix the card to get out. Also, we stayed 2 nights and our room was never cleaned, cups replaced, garbage emptied after 1 night. Very disappointed with all of the inconveniences.

Our first was dirty! There was ketchup splattered on the floor & many crumbs also. Plus, hair in the bed. We then got moved to a different room. The room was cleaner but I spent the whole night picking up the comforter that continuously would fall off the bed. Whatever happened to blankets on the bed.

I was already few times in tha hotel, never had anything to complain but this time i was disappointed..Room overall was clean,but bedsheets were so wrinkle and discolored like sombody was sleeping there.. and bath towel with big hole in it... guys what happened?
