I like staying here because you never have to go outside. You can take the elevator to the subway to the labs or your doctor's office. It's very convenient, especially in the winter.

Booked a queen bed and it was a smaller bed that I had to call to get proper sheets for. When I asked about the room I was told you have no queen beds only double. So that to me was false advertisement. Room was so small barely could move around bed without hitting toes or shoulder on tv. Hotel lobby is beautiful but rooms are not great. Beds are super small. Not queens more like oversized twin.

It’s an older hotel with both all the charm and age that implies. It was tough to get a consistent water temperature for the shower, for example.

I guess he was having a bad morning. He decided to yell and cuss and call me names. I was waiting for a car to back out of a parking space. He could not see the car from where he was standing. He wanted me to move and turn left, but I did not move until the other person had all the space they needed. The whole time he is screaming at me. NOT COOL He was only walking over to the elevator. Sorry he was having a bad day. Next time just take a breath. We enjoy Kahler Grant and have stayed here A LOT. Thank you too everybody else that keeps this hotel running.

The room was in serious need of a refresh. Bed was great, but the bathroom is old and looks dingy. The towels were not just worn, they were actually torn and shredded. The pool was nice but there are other, better maintained hotels for the money.

Attached to the Mayo Clinic which is great. The room’s heat did not work and I was cold. Some came up promptly and told me to give it some time, but it never came on. It was fine when sleeping, but not when you weren’t in bed.
