Very nice, clean, and well maintained property, especially for the cost. They had very good breakfast options, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, and a couple waffle makers. Very nice pool and workout area as well. Definitely my go-to spot in Rochester.

Room was clean and served its purpose. Had issues with the toilet flushing and reported it the the front desk which they stated they would call in maintenance or if they couldn’t come the person (a male) stated he would look at it himself. After a day out returned to the room with the situation the same as we left it. Fixed it myself! Not happy about that. Breakfast was good.

Super clean, super quiet, nice rooms, and a really good breakfast. There was a couple waffle makers, scrambled eggs, bacon, and oven browned potatoes, as well as several other normal continental breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a light flashing in the room after the lights were turned off and it continued to blink the entire night when I got up to take a shower there was no hot water when I called the front desk I was told there's nothing that could be done

I was told I could pay with cash when checking in. They charged my card before checkout and a new worker said that everyone quit and they don’t take cash. Bathroom and kitchen in room were dirty, no stocked well-no hair dryer, old dingy dark . Would definitely not stay again

Microwave did not work. Maintenance came promised to fix, then didn't fix it. Was supposed to be couch in room. Chair instead, so uncomfortable couldn't sit in it. Fair choice for breakfast. Wouldn't recommend

Really nice area, excellent breakfast, and very nice room. We did have some dog hair in our beds but that’s expected with a pet friendly facility.

It was clean and comfortable. Amazing for the price really. The only thing is, we couldn't get the shower knob to turn. Ours was a short stay so no worries. Great continental breakfast and staff was courteous and friendly.
