Staff at front desk barley spoke English. The noise level was high. We didn't sleep at all from hearing everyone above us and in the hallways. They charged me an extra $35.00 dollars to check in 1 hour early. I've never had a hotel do that before. Plus, this hotel was not worth the price we were charged to stay there. I will be booking somewhere else the next time I travel to that area.

Small flying bugs in shower, not gnats. Running water smelled like ammonia. Front desk staff was mad because I asked for late check out due to my family being affected by the hurricane. She was very rude and shook her head as if I was asking too much. Not the best stay.

Hotel manager was very nice. Greeted us. Ensured breakfast was maintained along with a clean area. The hurricane was coming through and ensured the inside walkways remained dry as best as he could. Excellent place to stay.
