Great night of sleep. Repeat stay!
This was my second time staying in this hotel. The first was good, but A/C unit loud. It didn’t keep me up. Bed was so comfy. I told the mgr in the morning and he made note and thanked me for telling him. Stayed a second time and it was perfect! Room was clean, bed comfy, but the best part was it was quiet! The door or room seemed better insulated then other Holiday Inns I have stayed at. Had a great night of sleep. All staff was very nice and helpful. Would easily stay at this hotel again.

The only thing that was frustrating is that the washers/dryers only accepted quarters, no Credit Cards. Also, the front desk is unable to charge the fee for washing to the room.

We stayed for 7 nights as we travel for work. When we asked for a fresh set of towels. We were told we had to go get our dirty towels and personally bring them to the front desk to exchange them. So if you stay here and need anything, just remember to fill out an application first.

A few concerns
Check in was not a welcoming experience. This was my first time encountering an offensive receptionist. Their back park lot was roped off w no entry- so I parked my car in the street and walked over the rope to inquire how to get in. Room was larger than expected. Bed very comfortable. Cable TV difficult to navigate. Breakfast was good. I inquired why I was charged an extra $25- she said it was for incidentals and that it would come off my bill once it cleared. It never did. I wont book thru Hotels.com next time.
