expected a better experience (smelly room)
This room smelled so bad of stinky feet I had to purchase two cans of room deodorizer to try to get the smell out. I even left the bathroom fan on when not in the room. We searched every where for something that could be making the smell, nothing was found. We did however find a dirty pan that was left in the dish washer. I was notified by the front desk that there was no room service when we checked in so we had to go ask for more towels and supplies ourselves and no one ever tidied up our room during the 5 day stay. We were told to put our trash outside the door. We had also planned to make use of the pool area during our stay, being from a colder climate, but that too was closed despite temps of 85*.

There was no hot water in the shower. Told front desk. Was told to let them know when I wanted to take a shower and they would turn the hot water booster on. Breakfast buffet was horrible and the lady working in it was rude!!!!!

Honestly, the building and staff was very friendly. Coming down for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised. Our only 2 complaints were the shower in the bedroom, it had one door and constantly puddled the floor. The second is before you physically for the reservation, make it bold or highlight it that there is a “incident” hold on a card. That was a blindside when we got there
