Well I can’t really give any opinion on how the room looked because I never got a room despite them taking 164$ from me. Was told the first night that they wouldn’t let me check in because it would be too late by the time I got off work. Was told I’d still be charged for the night per policy. Told I could check in the next day. Get there and get told my reservation was canceled and that the rest of my money was sent back to my card (it wasn’t). Contact Expedia- they call the hotel and the same woman tells them she canceled the reservation and that they’re still charging me the full 164$. Tried to call the hotel myself and ask for the second night back because she wouldn’t even let me try to check in after being told I could. She told me I wasn’t getting my money back and to go complain to Expedia because she wasn’t giving me anything and if I want a room I can come back and book a new one. So these they blocked me from coming in the second day of my reservation as I was told I could do and still kept 100% of my money and were rude and condescending about it when confronted. -10000/10. Wouldn’t come back if it was the fanciest hotel in the world purely because of how horrendous the staff is.
This property smelled like pure musk and dirt. The floors in the hallway were absolutely filthy!! Many people hanging out of room doors. If you’re a single woman I don’t recommend staying here, a lot of men here who cat call you.

I got into town late and just wanted to go to bed. They don’t have staff at night, so you’re supposed to call a number. I called and they said their service was down and they couldn’t check me in until 2 am. Had to scramble to find a place to stay and it ended up costing a lot more money.

The hotel was pretty clean for the most part, although I did sanitize and re-clean. Housekeeping doesn't seem to really pay attention to detail. Initially i had good interactions with staff but the last 24 hours ruined our entire experience. Upon trying extend our stay the day before check out i was told they were sold out and i should have "been extended " if we weren't checking out. I didn't reali,e they allow the rooms to be booked prior to guests checking out and was never advised as to how extensions worked, when to do so etc. The young lady was very rude, loud and offensive. She insisted that I was advised of the process by her coworker. She didn't know how to work the system or properly create keys that worked. During a rushed checkout my husband forgot his work bag. We were able to retrieve the bag but almost every thing of value was missing from it. His wedding ring, gold necklace, Samsung earbuds. Samsung watch, drawing Samsung stylus' etc and even his inhaler. We created a report and advised we'd return in the morning. The lady that took the report was passive aggressively nice and not a good listener. She talked over me answering based on her presumption of what i was going to say which was very frustrating. If it weren't for Kayla and Ms. Cheron this would definitely be a 1-2 star review. We were however able to retrieve my husbands belongings but needless to say we will not stay at this location again
