I was extremely disappointed that both the pool and hot tub were broken down. No notice that the heaters were down and we jumped into a 50 degree pool. Tried the hot tub...it was 60 degrees. I specifically picked this hotel because I have a young child who loves to swim! I understand that things break, however, the lady at the desk said it has been down for a week. Why would we not be told at check-in?

Room wasn't clean. Dog food left on the floor, misc trash behind the nightstand, a wad of gum on the door trim, black feet from walking barefoot in the room, pool was warmer than the hot tub. "Mobility" room had a low toilet. Elevator interior panels loose and floppy. Rear Mobility entrance railing loose and wiggles.

Building is dated. Cooling and heating unit Difficult to monitor. Unit blew over one bed! Breakfast mediocre but lady who ran it very friendly.
