It was clean but the smoke alarm kept beeping and we kept having to get up on a chair and push reset throughout the night, a/c was a wall one and very noisy and the shower head was broken and when we turned it on, water went onto the ceiling and vanity and all over the bathroom floor. Spoke to manager, she said sorry about that and walked off, no offer of compensation. Will never stay again orrecommend to anyone.

The front security did not lock and even if it did it had no screen. We felt unsafe and reception not available at 8pm when we realised.fridge broken. Air-conditioning dials missing. Bathroom still had hair in it. Cupboard door missing indicative of the general state of disrepair. We arrived late and quickly went out for dinner. Got back around 8pm and wanted to leave and felt unsafe. Only stay here if nothing else at all is available anywhere else within Rockhampton
