The room was partially renovated, but a black couch in the room was completely ripped, bathroom towel rail was missing, toilet roll holder was totally rusty and the bathroom flooded completely after a shower. The room was very dark and felt dingy.

Book with a breakfast only find out once I arrived that the restaurant was closed for both dinner and breakfast as the Chef had hurt their knee. Traffic noise is out of control of the venue but should be know to others booking that it is loud.

I liked the convenience of being able to walk to places for take away which there's plenty of variety with a bakery and another take away soon to be built. Also very handy to leages club across road which has a Thai restaurant also inside. I was disappointed the restaurant on site is shut due to unfortunate circumstances which would have made it handy especially for breakfast.

Would not stay here again. Uncomfortable beds, dangerous shower, two people slipped. Noisy outside and light shining into bedroom making a T difficult to get any sleep. The photos do not show how dated the rooms are.

We have stayed at this property several times to go to different functions at the Rocky League's Club. It is just a quick walk away from the club. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

Would recommend staying at this property, is situated near lots of food outlets that are within walking distance. The room was large and very clean, beds comfy and aircon cold. Thankyou again
