Pleasant and helpful staff, easy to book and check in. Glad we chose this hotel. Only issues I encountered were one of the washing machines out of order & difficulty with payment, and extremely slow computers.

The room was clean, the AC blew cold, there were plenty of power plugs, there were an amazing number of TV channels available, the breakfast choices were numerous, and I really appreciated the machine that made lattes vs. just regular coffee. The staff members I encountered were friendly, and the price was definitely right. I was glad there was an indoor pool though I didn't use it.

I have stayed at this Best Western many times in years past. It was a fine motel. Everything has been updated and remodeled and it is even better now. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, room was very comfortable. Only complaint is the elevator had a nasty smell. We didn’t spend much time in there so it wasn’t a big deal 😄

Not Pet Friendly
Advertised as Pet Friendly but it is NOT. Thankfully we did not have to bring our dog, but there is a 150 cleaning fee for having animals. AC was loud but that was perfect as white noise to drown out freeway traffic. There were crickets everywhere! Not sure if that is a seasonal thing. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub which took forever to fill up. Easily 20-30 minutes to get the water level above the jets. Overall nice stay.

It was a smell in the building when you first entered. The toom smell was not as bad. Bed was comfortable, shower water was perfect. The AC didn't get as cold
